Practice begins with a theme for inspiration and reflection followed by a creative sequence in which we bring the theme to life. The idea is to let you explore and express yogic philosophy physically. To get into the body, sensing and feeling all that is in the present moment. My classes are aimed to nurture, challenge and restore balance in your body and mind. Depending on the focus of the class it will be more or less dynamic.

We practice together and yet each one for himself. The focus is on your own body and practice, at the same time a bond with the group arises, as we practice breath and movement together.


 
 

Hatha Yoga is an umbrella term for physical yoga.

In regards to our body that means we learn to play our most important instrument and learn to draw the greatest harmony and resonance from it.

To me Yoga means to build good relationships - with yourself, your mind, your body and the people, places and beings around you. With practice we aim to inspire and refine every cell, tap into and bring our abilities to life.

Ultimately Yoga is about becoming more YOU, feeling whole and at home within yourself and expressing your unique qualities.
